Delivery

Your goods will be delivered using either Royal Mail or a specialist carrier. Delivery charges are shown when you place an order.

We aim to dispatch goods on the same day if the order is received up to 11am, Monday – Friday, delivery is dependent on your location your choice of delivery and when you have ordered. Delays may be experienced during certain times of the year and if this is the case we will contact you as soon as possible via email. Deliveries to remote areas of the country may take longer to deliver than the times specified above. Please click here for full details of our current delivery options.

Standard

Orders will be delivered to addresses throughout the UK within 2-5 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. Our standard UK delivery for orders under £80 is £4.50. Orders over £80 are delivered free.

Next-Day

UK Next Day delivery- £7.95

UK Next Day delivery is available on items up to 10kg for delivery within the UK. Orders must be placed by 11am. Due to stock availability levels, not all items are available for UK Next Day Delivery. There may be some remote areas where our couriers are unable to guarantee delivery within 24 hours. Next day delivery scheduled for a Saturday or Bank Holidays is not available. We will let you know by email or phone how long your delivery shall take.

Click & Collect

You can have your order delivered to both Dumfries Stores completely free of charge!. Delivery should be within 2-5 working days. You must take your confirmation email and proof of identity to the store as proof of purchase to collect your order.
