E-Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

Delivery: Please allow up to 1 working day to receive your printable gift certificate via email.

Validity: Gift certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of issue. The expiration date is indicated on the certificate and it cannot be redeemed beyond this date.

Usage: Certificates are valid online, but may be used in-store (PRINTED COPY REQUIRED). In-store purchases require a visit to the Accounts Office prior to purchase.

Loss or Damage: E-gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or destroyed. They are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash or other denominations.

Payment: If the intended purchase exceeds the certificate value, the difference can be covered with a card payment. No change will be given for purchases below the certificate value.

Returns: Goods purchased with an E-gift certificate and subsequently returned will be credited with an E-gift certificate equal to the original transaction value.

Amendments: R Barbour & Sons reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or discontinue the E-gift certificate at any time, without affecting your statutory rights.

Cancellation: The value of the E-gift certificate will be cancelled if payment is not received from the purchaser's bank or card company for the initial purchase. Further action may be taken for suspected fraudulent credit card use.

Refunds/Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges of goods purchased with the Barbours E-gift certificate will follow Barbours' refund policy, in accordance with statutory rights.

Refusal of Payment: R Barbour & Sons reserves the right to refuse an E-gift certificate in payment if there is a reasonable suspicion of theft, tampering, duplication, or any other illegal acquisition.
